RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
Please email hello@commehome.com with your return enquiry with purchase invoice attached.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.

We do not offer refunds.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be done for items of equal or lesser value. No refunds will be made for exchanges with items of lesser value.
To exchange an item please email hello@commehome.com within 14 days of payment with your invoice attached.
Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

 

RETURN SHIPPING & RE-DELIVERY

For returns & exchanges shipping charges to Comme Home will be borne by the customer. Returns must be done via courier with our selected courier company.

Cost of re-delivery to the cusomer's address will be charged according to the items weight.

 

DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY

All Comme Home products and packaged and delivered with the utmost care.

In the case you have received a product damaged via delivery please email us at hello@commehome.com with a photo of the damage immediately and we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation.

 

WARRANTY

We do not have a warranty period and will not accept any refunds or exchanges for items damaged with daily use, misuse (or abuse). These include scratches, marks and cracks.
